1. WSP / ATR Submission

3. Employment Equity Submission
- Assisting in reporting to the Department of Labour concerning:

4. Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998:
The aim of this act is to achieve equity in the workplace by promoting equal opportunity and fair treatment in employment through the elimination of unfair discrimination and the implementation of transformation.
Who are liable to comply with the act?
Any employer who employees 50 or r ^ employees is liable to comply with the – act. Strict fines may be imposed by Department of Labour on any non-compliance.
